I am sure that I’m not the first but, realising that the contract hire period on my Q5 was almost up, I took stock of whether there were any small jobs that needed doing before the car was returned to Audi.
It was only at that moment I realised that the couple of insignificant dents (as I had convinced myself they were) sustained during a storm of monster hail stones a year earlier was in fact something in excess of 50 dents all over the bonnet and roof panels leaving a surface finish similar to that of a golf ball.
In a slight panic (due to the fact that Audi charge £60 per dent and I had less than a week before the car went back) I called Brian at DentPro to see if he could help. DentPro wasn’t the first firm that I called (using an internet search to identify local repairers) but Brian was the only person I spoke to who was interested in helping me in the timeframe or indeed on the scale of the work involved.
Despite the incredibly short notice that I gave and the commitments that he had already taken on for others, Brian was able to provide a complete repair of my Q5 and a courtesy vehicle while he had my car. A few days later I was able to give a Q5 that looked just like new back to Audi and all without the need for paint repairs.
It is rare to come across someone as keen to help, as energetic in providing that help or indeed as skilful in performing their work as Brian whose craftsmanship was outstanding.
